Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW)

All applications are processed through the Express Entry immigration selection system for immigration to Canada.

Candidates eligible under the Federal Skilled Worker Class must first make an expression of interest in immigrating to Canada by creating an online Express Entry profile.

Express Entry Program

Canada Express Entry is the most popular immigration system offering Canadian permanent residence. Applicants who meet basic criteria, submit an online profile known as an expression of interest, under one of 3 federal Canada immigration programs or a participating provincial immigration program, to the Express Entry Pool.

The profiles of candidates in the pool are ranked against each other, under a Comprehensive Ranking System.  The highest ranked candidates will be considered for an invitation to apply for permanent residence. Candidates under Canada Express Entry 2018, receiving an invitation to apply, must quickly submit a full application, within a delay of 60-days.  The government aims to process cases in only 6-months.

Most immigrants to Canada will come through the Canada Express Entry Immigration 2018 system, last year.

Canada Business & Investment Programs

Canada offers the most established and widely-used investment based immigration programs conferring permanent resident status.

The Canadian confederation system of government and the country’s social norms offer a social benefits with fairly high levels of taxation and unparalleled quality of life. Work Programs

Each year, more than 300,000 foreign workers come to work in Canada on Temporary Work Permits.

Canada is actively seeking foreign workers and professionals to help grow its strong national workforce. In this Work section, you may find all the most up-to-date information on working in Canada for your particular situation.

In most cases, in order to work in Canada, the foreign worker will need a work permit. In addition, there are number of other ways to work in Canada without undergoing the traditional work permit application process, including work permits granted for working holidays, post-graduate work permits or permits issued under international agreements, such as NAFTA.

LMIA/WP

In most cases, a Canadian employer wishing to hire a foreign worker must first receive government approval before the hiring can take place.

In order to receive a positive LMIA, the Canadian government employee reviewing an application must determine that the hiring of a foreign worker will have a positive or neutral effect on the Canadian labour market. Among other factors, it must be clear that no qualified Canadians were passed up in favour of the foreign worker, and that the foreign worker will be given a salary and benefits that meet federal and provincial standards.

Please contact us for more information about it.
